We had a very very good stay for my holidays in Seaswan.

The hotel was located not far from Near beach, shops and resteraunt, and department stores. The venue provided great prices. The room was exceptionally clean and featured satellite television, climate control, and a microwave. Greatly enjoyed a handy kitchenette. Favourable and unbeatable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

The employees were all helpful and friendly. The location is great, quiet and only 2 miles from Love Bridge Da Nang. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and department stores.

Great value for money and helpful staff. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the hot showers and the kitchenette equipped with most of the things we needed.

There were a few minor issues, including the cleanliness under the beds and a moldy smell underneath the kitchen sink. However, if these things were addressed, it would have been a perfect stay.
